I'm Joseph Hill, a product builder with over 20 years of experience spanning product management, software development, agile coaching, and QA. Based in Hamburg, I've led product teams across gaming, logistics, mobility, and SaaS.
My approach is rooted in data, shaped by people, and driven by the belief that clear thinking and relentless iteration can solve almost any problem. I've co-founded a product (Live-Ask), led QA organisations of 50+, and today I focus on product strategy and operations at scale.
Outside of product work I mentor the next generation of PMs and tech professionals. I'm a Top 1% ADPList mentor and also support women in tech through moinworld.
